Information clause GDPR statement
According to Art. 13 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we inform you, that:
- The administrator of the Customer’s personal data is Aedilis Zielonka sp.k. with its registered office in Gniezno at Elizy Orzeszkowej 29e/1, 62-200 Gniezno (hereinafter referred to as Aedilis), registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000574282, REGON 362414296, NIP PL7842495709.
- Personal data of customers and persons authorized by customers to contact, are processed on the basis of art. 6 (1) of the GDPR for the purpose of providing services in connection with Aedilis Zielonka sp.k. development activities.
- According to Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR, Aedilis Zielonka sp.k. is entitled to process the Customer’s personal data on the basis of a signed reservation, development, preliminary or property transfer agreement.
- The recipients of the customer’s personal data will be authorized employees and associates of the administrator.
- Each customer has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by Aedilis, however, the withdrawal of consent to the processing of data by the Customer does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of his data, which was made on the basis of consent granted before its withdrawal.
- On the basis of the GDPR, every customer has the right to access their personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR), has the right to rectify their personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR), has the right to delete their personal data – “the right to be forgotten” ( Article 17 of the GDPR), has the right to limit the processing of their personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR), has the right to transfer their personal data (Article 20 of the GDPR) and has the right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR) and to lodge a complaint with the authority supervisory board.
- In terms of the right to delete personal data – “the right to be forgotten” (Article 17 of the GDPR), it should be indicated that Aedilis Zielonka sp.k. is obliged to keep the documents and personal data of the Customer until the expiry of the limitation period, unless the Customer makes a written waiver of claims against Aedilis Zielonka sp.k.
- Aedilis Zielonka sp.k. declares that it has the technical means to fully protect the Customer’s personal data.
